The principals of Development Associates have been involved in the construction and development of commercial and industrial real estate since 1955. From these many years in the industry, we offer broad experience in all areas of construction, leasing, brokerage, and financing.
For the past 15 years, Development Associates has concentrated on development of high-quality build-to-suit and multi-tenant lease facilities. The company currently owns and manages over 1,100,000 square feet of leased space in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New Hampshire. In addition to the properties managed in-house, the principals are involved in brokerage and development of numerous additional real estate projects throughout the region.
