Development Associates Leases 125,000 sf Manufacturing Space to Cenveo, Inc.

Development Associates has leased 125,000 sf in Chicopee, MA to Cenveo, Inc . to house it’s New England operation.

Cenveo took occupancy on August 22, 2014 after extensive renovations, equipment and power upgrades to the facility at 318 Griffith Road in Chicopee; all of which were completed on an accelerated basis.  Cenveo’s facility includes over 8,000 sf of office area, over 60,000 sf of manufacturing, a parts distribution center and warehousing for raw products and finished goods.

This technology, along with our pricing structures, allows any size business or organization access to this powerful Web-to-Print tool.” has been a tenant in the 30,000 sf, multi-tenant flex building at 630 Silver Street since 2013.





Construction Complete for Mercy Hospital Physicians’ Practice

IMG_4491A physicians’ group for Mercy Hospital, Inc. will be moving into their new office in the near future.  Construction was completed in April on the 3,470 sf medical office space at 200 Silver Street, Agawam, MA also known as Agawam Crossing.

The leased space includes:  8 state-of-the-art patient examination rooms, 4 private offices, an IT room, medical records section and a spacious reception area.

Development Associates of Agawam, MA negotiated the lease on behalf of O’Leary Vincunas No. Two, LLC and acted as Construction/Project Managers for the finish-to-suit project.

Agawam Crossing is home to several professional tenants including:  Baystate Rehabilitation, Mercy Hearing Center, Life Laboratories and others.

Development Associates Delivers 40,495 sf Class A Medical Space to Cooley Dickinson Hospital

Development Associates has recently completed the fitup of its newest building located at 22 Atwood Drive in Northampton, MA.  Cooley Dickinson Hospital (CDH) has taken occupancy of three floors totaling 40,495 sf of Class A Medical Space to house several of its services including:  Women’s Health, Radiology, Urgent Care and Phlebotomy.  The operations are slated to open soon and provide patient-centered care for the region.

CDH is the region’s leading Health Care provider and is affiliated with Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.

22 Atwood Drive is the second medical office building that Development Associates has constructed in Northampton.  The first, 8 Atwood Drive, is the home to New England Dermatology & Laser Center and Clinical & Support Options, Inc., a behavioral health corporation serving clients throughout Western MA.  The building was recently completed by adding a 7,856 sf space that will house a state-of-the-art pediatric and adult physical therapy office for Cooley Dickinson.

Atwood Drive is conveniently located on Route 5, just off Exit 18 on Interstate 91.

Development Associates of Agawam, MA served as construction managers, leasing agent and general contractors for all of the interior renovations on behalf of the owner, Oxbow Professional Park, LLC.  They are also working as agent for the adjacent property which has been approved and permitted for a 4-story, 80,000 sf office building and a hotel to be started when sufficient pre-leasing is secured.
