Ken Vincunas joined Development Associates in 1988, following careers in consulting at Anderson Consulting and engineering at IBM. As the General Manager, he has full responsibility for the daily operation of the company. He has considerable experience in project management, financial analysis, and sales. Mr. Vincunas holds an engineering degree from Tufts University and a MBA from Cornell University.
Edward J. O'Leary - Partner
Edward O'Leary founded The O'Leary Company in 1955 offering pre-fabricated steel framed Butler™ buildings. He has been continuously involved with the construction industry for over forty years and has been personally involved in several hundred construction projects in the Western Massachusetts area. He continues to provide leadership in site selection, project management and development for Development Associates.
Raymond Vincunas - Founder
Raymond Vincunas was actively involved in real estate investment since 1960. He joined the O'Leary Company in 1975, after a distinguished career in sales management for several national firms. He became the owner and president of the O'Leary Company, and later sold the business in 1986 to establish Development Associates. With his vision and business sense, Mr. Vincunas started the company down a path of widespread success.
