| Dr. Hauschka Office Renovation Project Completed |

| Development Associates has completed a total renovation of 17,500 sq ft in South Deerfield, converting the former Millitech facility to the corporate offices for Dr. Hauschka's Skin Care, a world-wide provider of holistic remedies and cosmetics. The renovated building provides new space for marketing, customer service, training and executive offices. The project features solar lighting, natural marmoleum flooring, lots of natural light and an airy full-height open office area. |

| Microtest Facility Completed |

A new 20,000 sq ft facility leased to Microtest Labs has been completed and turned over to the tenant. Development Associates handled the leasing and build-out on behalf of the building owner Suffield Street Partnership.
Microtest Laboratories, founded in 1984, is a leader in testing services and contract manufacturing for the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries. The new facility will expand product stability testing services and add a new packaging laboratory.

| Seahorse Labware Moves to a New Chicopee Facility |

Development Associates has completed construction of a new 23,700 square foot design and manufacturing facility for Seahorse Labware at Westover Airpark North in Chicopee. Formerly known as Seahorse Bioscience and Innovative Microplate, Seahorse Labware is a global leader in mold design and manufacturer for the biotech industry. The company is moving after growing the business for 5 years in a nearby 14,000 square foot facility at 1998 Westover Road in Airpark East, another project developed and managed by Development Associates.
The new facility is part of a newly-developed 42,500 square foot multi-tenant industrial building already home to Hudson Home Health Care who moved in earlier this year. | The Greenfield Outpatient Clinic Held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony |

The US Department of Veteran's Outpatient Clinic held a ribbon cutting ceremony on September 22, 2006, at the new facility located at 143 Munson Street in Greenfield. The new modern clinic consists of 7,000 square feet from 1,500 in it's previous location and will enable the clinic to increase primary care services offered to the veterans of Franklin County.
The Greenfield Outpatient Clinic ranks among the highest in the country in patient satisfaction scores as compared with other VA clinics (Survey of Healthcare Experiences of Patients - SHEP - Performance Measure).
Development Associates completed the renovation of this clinic in June 2006 and was among the guests at the event. The renovation leaves over 5,400 square feet available for co-tenants in the building.

| The US Department of Veterans' Affairs has a new Outpatient Clinic at 143 Munson Street, Greenfield. Development Associates completed the comprehensive renovation of the 7000 square foot space on behalf of Greenfield Corporate Center, delivering the space on time and within budget. A zone change, permitting medical office uses in the Office zone allowed GCC to convert the building from a former warehouse use to government quality medical office space. |

| Westover Airpark Building Now Complete |

Construction is complete on the new industrial facility located at 260 Griffith Road in Chicopee's Westover Airpark North. The new building was constructed by The O'Leary Company and developed by Agawam's Development Associates. 30,000 sq. ft. remain available of the total building size of 42,500 sq. ft. Hudson Home Health Care occcupies the remainder of the building. The "vacant space" will be finished to suit.

| Hudson Home Health Care Relocates |

Hudson Home Health Care has chosen to expand to a larger facility as they move out of their current location on Silver Street in Agawam, and relocate to the new building on Griffith Road in Chicopee's Westover Airpark. Their new location will be over 12,000 sf, compared to their current 4,125 sf unit. The facility is currently being constructed in preparation for their move.

| NEMPM Leases Greenfield Corporate Center Space |

New England Medical Practice Management has recently signed a three year lease at the Greenfield Corporate Center. The 2,550 square feet will be used as office space where NEMPM provides billing services, primarily to medical practices. Preparations for the space include the installation of office furniture, provided by the GCC, and the addition of a conference room as well as a data room. "Space still remains available" in the facility, which is managed by Development Associates.
