141,000 square feet | This 141,000 square foot building is situated in Westover Airpark North on 11.17 acres of land. The facility was custom designed for Avery Dennison. It features a 6,000 square foot office and 135,000 square foot manufacturing area featuring 12 docks, 8" concreate floors and over 10,000 lineal feet of underground conduits to serve the tenant's equipment used for high speed converting of rolled paper material.

87,500 square feet | Prima North America is a major manufacturer of 2D and 3D laser material processing equipment for users worldwide. Development Associates custom designed this fully air-conditioned, office/manufacturing facility for their North American headquarters. This project included a 15-ton craneway, high gloss epoxy floors, and a 3,000 amp electrical service.
